Terms of Service

Optician Dynamics is a product of Optician Business Solution, a division of Litgrey Technologies Pvt Ltd (Pakistan). "Optician Dynamics", "we", "our", and "us" in these Terms refer to Litgrey Technologies Pvt Ltd.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Optician Dynamics ERP platform and website. By creating an account or booking a demo, you agree to these terms. If you have questions, contact us before proceeding.

1. The Service

Optician Dynamics provides a cloud-based ERP platform ("the Service") designed for optical retailers in Pakistan and the GCC region. The Service includes modules for point of sale, inventory, prescription management, customer CRM, HR, finance, and reporting. Access is provided on a subscription basis.

2. Accounts & Access

  • You must provide accurate business information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • Each subscription covers the number of locations and users defined in your plan. Exceeding plan limits requires an upgrade.
  • You may not resell or sublicense access to the Service without written consent.

3. Free Trial

We offer a 30-day free trial with full access to all modules. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, your account is automatically paused — not deleted. Your data is retained for 90 days. You will not be charged without explicitly entering payment details and confirming a subscription.

4. Billing & Payment

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on your selected plan.
  • Annual plans are billed upfront. Monthly plans are billed on the same date each month.
  • All prices are in PKR (Pakistan Rupees) or AED (UAE Dirhams) as displayed at the time of purchase.
  • Payments are processed via Stripe, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa. We do not store card data on our servers.
  • Plan upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges. We do not offer partial-month refunds for monthly plans. Annual plan refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of payment.

Upon cancellation, your data remains available for 90 days. You can export a full CSV at any time before deletion.

6. Your Data

You own all data you enter into Optician Dynamics — including customer records, prescriptions, inventory, and financial data. We do not sell, share, or use your operational data for any purpose other than providing the Service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Uptime & Support

  • We target 99.9% monthly uptime for the POS and core modules.
  • Planned maintenance is communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Support is available via WhatsApp (Pakistan & GCC) and email. Response time: within 4 business hours for paid plans.
  • The POS module includes offline capability — it continues operating during internet outages and syncs automatically when connectivity is restored.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform.
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service's infrastructure.
  • Share login credentials with users outside your subscription's user limit.

9. Limitation of Liability

Optician Dynamics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability in any month shall not exceed the subscription fee paid for that month. The Service is provided "as-is" — while we work hard to ensure accuracy, we make no guarantees regarding the suitability of any specific calculation, report, or recommendation for your business decisions.

10. Governing Law

For customers in Pakistan, these terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. For customers in the UAE and GCC, they are governed by the laws of the UAE. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes are subject to arbitration in Lahore (PK) or Dubai (GCC) respectively.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email and in-app notification at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
