📖 Founding Customer Program

We're early —
and we'd rather say so.

We're not going to show you invented logos or borrowed numbers. Here is what you can check for yourself — and an offer to speak directly to a store already running on it.

Skip the case study. Talk to an owner.

A written case study is us telling you how well it went. A phone call is an optical retailer telling you the truth — including the parts that were painful. If you're seriously evaluating, ask us and we'll arrange an introduction to a store already running Optician Dynamics, with their permission.

Request a reference call

We ask our customers before sharing their details. No cold introductions.

What you can verify

Every claim below is testable during a 14-day trial, or checkable against a published standard. If any of it turns out not to be true, that is a reason not to buy.

🧾

Compliance you can verify yourself

Invoicing is built to the published rules of four tax regimes — ZATCA Phase 2 (Saudi Arabia), FBR digital invoicing (Pakistan), FTA (UAE) and NBR (Bahrain). You do not have to take our word for it: check the requirements against what the software produces during your trial.

It keeps selling through a power cut

The POS is offline-first. When the connection or the electricity drops, billing continues on the counter machine and syncs when power returns. Test this during your trial by pulling the network cable — it is the easiest claim on this page to check.

Offline-first

Built for optical, not adapted to it

Prescriptions, lens catalogue, lab job routing and remake tracking are core objects in the system, not custom fields bolted onto a general retail POS. Ask any vendor to show you a prescription flowing from the exam into a lens order without re-entry.

Optical-specific
🏢

Multi-branch is the default, not an upgrade

Stock, pricing, staff permissions and reporting are branch-aware from the ground up, so a second or third location does not mean a second system or a nightly spreadsheet merge.

Urdu and Arabic interfaces, right-to-left

Counter staff use the software in the language they actually work in. This is not a translated marketing page — it is the operating interface.

Built in Islamabad, supported in your timezone

The team that writes the software answers the support messages, in Pakistan Standard Time, on WhatsApp. When something breaks at 8pm on a Saturday, you are not filing a ticket into another continent.

How a switchover actually works

Changing the system a shop runs on is a real project, not a download. This is the sequence we follow.

01

Walkthrough on your own workflow

A 30-minute session using your actual products, prices and prescription process — not a canned demo dataset. If the fit is wrong, we would rather find out here.

02

Your data, brought across

Customers, prescription history, frame and lens inventory are migrated from whatever you use now — spreadsheets, another system, or paper files. This is part of the one-time setup, not an extra invoice.

03

Staff trained at the counter

Training happens on the counter machine with your own staff, because that is where adoption succeeds or fails. A POS sale takes about twenty seconds — that is the data entry.

04

Go live, with the old process still available

You keep your existing process running alongside until the numbers reconcile. Nobody should have to bet a working business on a switchover weekend.

We publish no customer names, logos, quotes or outcome figures on this page. We have a small number of founding customers and we will publish their results only once those results are measured and we hold written permission to share them. Any figures you see elsewhere on this site describe what the software does, not averages across a customer base.
